Whether you are having your first child or a new addition to your family, Texoma Medical Center (TMC) offers a wide range of classes for you and your family.

Texoma Medical Center’s free Prepared Childbirth Class helps prepare expectant mothers and their coaches by covering the basics of a healthy pregnancy, labor and birth. Led by a registered nurse, the class discusses: nutrition and fitness, how to recognize labor, labor breathing techniques, pain relief, Cesarean births and baby care basics. Class participants also get a tour of the hospital.
